Monthly conversion lock: At program start (Jan 2026), we set a monthly lock using the prevailing GQ price and a BG reference price for that month.
January example: BG reference $0.006. If GQ is $0.0010 on Jan 1, 2026, then 60 GQ → 1 BG for all January participants.
Locks for subsequent months are announced in advance to prevent short-term manipulation.
