# Creating the base

### Choose your crafter, one for each tier

If it's the first armor/weapon you craft, you'll have to start with **Tier 1**.

### Pick the item you're itching to create

Use the selectors to choose what type of item you want to craft. It's important to know that the choice you make cannot be modified later.

### **Resource cost**

Once you have decided which object you want to create, check that you have the necessary materials to start the ***Creation*** process.&#x20;

> It is not essential to have all the necessary materials to complete the next steps, ***Styling*** and ***Assembly***, although you will need them to finish crafting your weapon or armor.

Use the "Start Creation" button to get the craftsman to start working.&#x20;

> The duration of this step will be: **4h** for Tier 1, **8h** for Tier 2 and **12h** for Tier 3.&#x20;
